Transitioning from Joy-of-Text (JOT) to Ultimate WP SMS (UWS) is a straightforward process, As part of the migration process from JOT to UWS, we've successfully transferred your Message history, Groups, Group Members, and Group Data. However, there are a few additional steps to ensure a seamless transition:
- SMS Gateway Configuration: Reconfigure your SMS gateway settings to ensure your communication is uninterrupted. This involves updating provider credentials and settings to match UWS’s requirements.
- Other Settings: Take time to review your notification preferences, general plugin settings, and any other configurations that may have changed in UWS.
